You don't need to sing “right” or know the songs and mantras before. Chanting is less about technical singing ability and more about the feeling in which you are calling out. What matters most is your intention and a devotion that reflects a joyful desire to connect to yourself and others.

During our Prenatal Yoga Classes you will be guided through a range of yoga postures that will help to create space and alignment in the pelvis, build stability and strength in your body and relieve leg and back pain by focusing on good posture and alignment. 

​

Our classes can help you to improve blood and oxygen flow, increase energy and maintain flexibility and balance in the body as it goes through all the changes during pregnancy.​ You will explore several active birth movements that will help you to stay active and upright during labour and birth.

​

You will be guided through a range of pelvic floor practices to promote healthy tone and flexibility in the pelvic floor muscles to assist in birth and in healing after birth. We will explore different breathing techniques that will promote calm and reduce anxiety around labour and birth.

 

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks gestation all the way up until birth.

Over two hours, you will be expertly guided into supported, long held, comfortable poses to deeply rest the physical body.  Your parasympathetic nervous system will be activated so you can drop

into a blissful, relaxed emotional & mental state.

Whilst in this restful state, Reiki will be offered by your qualified healer & guide, leaving you feeling more balanced, calm & clear - emotionally, physically & spiritually.

This afternoon workshop combines Sound (Devotional Song) Sadhana (Self Enquiry) and Satsang (Jnana Yoga)​.  Chanting sacred songs is a devotional practice that helps to uplift the mind, open the heart and bring inner peace.

 

Yamuna combines Eastern and Western change techniques, including yogic philosophy/practices, sacred sound and energy work to offer a unique experience supporting you in your journey back to the one true Self (I AM).  In my experience The Self loves the sound of chanting and certain sounds, it resonates with the vibration which supports the journey of awakening the hidden sage!

 

Kundalini Immersion

Join Jana on a truly amazing half-day Immersion into the world of Kundalini Yoga.

- Learn several short and effective Kriyas for spinal activation and clearing the mind to include in your daily Sadhana

5:45am - Sunrise Morning Activation

​

Due to the Ironmen event, we are now meeting on the top of Alex Hill, straight from Buderin Ave, at the Veterans War Memorial.

After our class we'll head up to Prana's Cafe, it's a walking distance, so we recommend to leave your car where you park it.

​Meet us at the beach and let’s start the day with some energizing movement and mindfulness exercises while watching the sunrise above the ocean.

You will experience a gradual activation of the body through Hatha & Kundalini Yoga inspired movements and use your breath to awaken the mind. Guided group mindfulness activities will open the heart and fill it with joy while soaking up the very first light of the day! (Optional to bring a towel/mat)

Then will head up to Prana’s Cafe.
