Edita is a holistic wellness expert with extensive experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, Qigong and Yoga Teacher, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator and a Flame Cupping Practitioner.

Edita’s wellness journey started after facing her own heath challenges with asthma, bronchitis, and digestive issues following the birth of her son in 2007.
This led her to explore gut health, nutrition, and fitness as a means of healing, which ultimately inspired her to pursue formal studies in Health & Wellness Coaching. In 2015, she discovered yoga, which deeply enhanced her balance, mindfulness, and connection to her inner self. This transformative experience inspired her to pursue and complete Level 1 Yoga training, deepening her practice and understanding of the mind-body-soul connection.
Her passion for holistic healing expanded as she delved into Flame Cupping Therapy, Reiki, Qigong, Breathwork and Meditation.

Edita now integrates these practices to empower women on their journeys to health and well-being. She offers private sessions and leads Women's Circles, Retreats and  classes creating a supportive community for women to connect, share, and grow. Through her compassionate and tailored approach, Edita is committed to helping others achieve vibrant health and realise their full potential.

Stephanie Rother
Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Coaching

Stephanie helps people create healthier and happier lives, by using Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Coaching. If you have been struggling with anxiety, sleeplessness, low energy, eating or drinking too much or simply feeling that something is not quite right, then Stephanie empowers you to take the right steps to regain control or your emotional and physical health.

She will help you to come out of the slump and move into the light. Through her own experience having an autoimmune disorder and a past history of crippling anxiety, Stephanie brings to her work empathy, depth of experience and an optimistic spirit. With her guidance you will discover previously unknown parts of yourself and re-integrate them back into your being. Stephanie is committed to making a positive difference by helping people feel better in themselves and their body. She loves collaboration, good books and gelati. 


In addition to her qualifications; which includes BHSc (Naturopathy), Hypnotherapy, Meditation Teacher Diploma, Yoga and Mind-Body Medicine; Stephanie is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association and the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and is constantly upgrading her skills and knowledge.

Jane Pennant
Intuitive Massage Therapy

Jane

Jane is a massage therapist passionate about creating space for people to reconnect with their own truth. She believes in the bodies innate intelligence, and understands through her own experience that by learning to trust, communicate with and deeply listen to our body; we can access it’s power and allow it to lead our way in healing. 

 

Having a background in yoga, energy healing & trauma-informed practices, Jane integrates holistic techniques to promote healing and restoration within the body. Using knowledge, empathy and intuition, she will create an experience tailored to your individual needs. 

 

Whether a focused or a full body treatment, this style of massage will stimulate blood flow, increase joint mobility, help to repair damaged tissue and release energetic blockages the body has built up over time. Jane will aim to balance the length, tone and tension of muscles and tendons, to restore equilibrium within the body and in turn, promote healing.

Lauren Dearlove
Psychologist
Saturdays - 8am to 5pm

Lauren is a Registered Psychologist and Somatic Therapist with 10 years experience in supporting people across a number of different settings with a range of different issues. She currently works with individuals 16 years + with a range of presentations including survivors of childhood sexual abuse, women and children affected by family and domestic violence, veterans and emergency service workers or anyone impacted by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She also works in relational trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, youth issues and post-natal issues.

 

She has an extensive history of working with children in foster care and out of home care as well as the NDIS. She has been a behaviour specialist for NDIS for 10 years offering support to children, young people and carers with mental health issues, trauma and disabilities.

 

She is registered to provide support through Victims Services, Work Cover and NDIS. And also a fully trained EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).

Sharon

Sharon is passionate about helping people improve their well-being and quality of life, and making a meaningful difference in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Through the gentle yet powerful modality of kinesiology, she helps them to resolve and release stress, blocks and imbalances in their life and body. Tap into and reconnect with their own inner resources and self-healing potential to bring more harmony, balance and alignment into their lives.

She discovered her love for kinesiology after seeing so many of her loved ones struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and illness, the tragic loss of her husband to mental illness, and herself struggling with the overwhelm and burn-out of trying to hold all of the pieces together. Taking a deep-dive into the mind-body-spirit connection to better understand how to support her loved ones and herself led her to kinesiology. 

Combining her life-long love of learning holistic health practices, lived experience and compassion, she found that kinesiology brings together the perfect fusion of science, mind-body connection and energy medicine. It also lays the foundation for integrating her other qualifications including Root Cause Therapy, Reiki, Lifestyle Coaching and Trauma-Informed Coaching. It has changed her life and the way that she looks at the world, and is so grateful that she now gets to share this beautiful modality to help others do the same.

 

About Kinesiology:

Kinesiology is the therapeutic use of muscle monitoring - a biofeedback system that works with your muscles and nervous system to tap into your subconscious mind to find and balance the root cause of your stress or issue. This is a gentle, effective and holistic approach that allows the body to return to balance (homeostasis) and initiate its own self-healing processes.
