The multi-tasking & behind-the-scenes Wizard
The creator of Prana, Ana is the manager of everything and believes in the power of shared experiences. She is also our embodiment & dance teacher and in house chef. She loves creating spaces where people can get together, move consciously, and connect with themselves and others in a genuine way.

The Hatha Girl
Ana Devi is an experienced Hatha yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice, with deep knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, meditation and traditional practices. Her classes weave purification practices, pranayama and mudras with yogic wisdom, supporting health, awareness and deeper inner connection.

Amber Knight
The Nourishing Teacher
Amber is a Senior Yoga Teacher with 30 years of personal practice & over 15 years of teaching. She is known for her compassionate, inclusive approach that meets each student exactly where they are. With mindful movement, breathwork & meditation to cultivate self-awareness & holistic transformation

Mellow Yellow Yogi
Melissa’s passion lies in sharing the joyful bliss that unfolds through a yoga practice rooted in full body, mind, and spirit awareness. Through slow, subtle, and intentional movement, she encourages each student to become their own teacher - listening deeply to the body and moving in a way that allows prana, the life force, to flow freely and release deeply held tension.

The Soulful Teacher
Jana is a dedicated yoga teacher rooted in Hatha and deeply inspired by Kundalini Yoga. Her classes focus on awakening energy, cultivating mindfulness, and creating space for inner awareness. With a gentle yet powerful approach, she guides students to connect with body, breath, and mind.

Ananda Devi
The Radiant Guide
Ananda Devi teaches Kundalini Yoga with a grounded, spacious and deeply human approach. The practices support mindful body movement, awareness of subtle energy and active engagement with the breath. Students describe her classes as a ‘big exhale’, where the mind clears, energy moves, and a warm sense of connection with life appears.

The Spirit-led Yogi
Weaving ancient shamanic and yogic wisdom, Dan guides students through dynamic asana flows and the exploration of the breath to uncover the deeper layers of the Self. Experience community and ceremony in a safe and sacred space - everyone is welcome.

The Grounded Yogi
Kalyani is a yoga teacher devoted to a traditional Hatha practice that honours yoga as a way of life. With over 20 years of experience, she guides mindful, aligned movement and conscious breath, creating grounded spaces that invite presence, balance, and deeper connection to self.

The Mind-Body Doc
Fadi is a Hatha Yoga instructor and integrative medical doctor. A Yoga Alliance member with 15+ years of practice, he blends traditional yoga and medical science, guiding gentle, mindful classes that prepare students for pranayama, meditation, relaxation and mantra.

Bianca is a lover of movement and connection with our bodies in all forms, physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Through Yoga abd meditation, her classes are rooted in awareness, breath and conscious movement to create space for our energy.

Lozi
Teacher and Sound Healer
Lozi is a self practicing yogi with over 10 years experience. Studying over 550 hours of yoga teacher trainings in India. A life long student now teaching and sharing her knowledge of this beautiful practice of yoga. In class you'll enjoy a mix of pranayama, meditation, flow, strength and sound, all of which will invite you to connect with your higher self.
