Two Immersions and One month of unlimited classes
Available spots
Service Description
This beginner-friendly program is designed to help you start and develop your yoga journey with confidence, understanding and support. Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking to refine your practice and deepen your understanding, this course will guide you through the foundations in a safe and welcoming environment. Across two half-day immersions, you will explore both the practical and theoretical aspects of yoga. You will learn essential postures and techniques to support a safe and beneficial practice, while also being introduced to basic yoga philosophy and the deeper intention behind it. We will take time to explain the “why” behind yoga, not just the “how.” This includes understanding the role of breath, body awareness, alignment, concentration, balance and stillness, along with key foundational concepts. The course is grounded in Hatha yoga, a traditional approach that supports the development of a more conscious, balanced and healthy way of living. You will also receive one month of unlimited classes at Prana. This is where your practice begins to settle into your body and daily routine. Regular attendance will help you build confidence and consistency, develop strength and flexibility, and feel more connected to yourself and the community around you. Instructor: Ana Devī is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 14 years of practice and 1000+ hours of study in Hatha yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. Since 2016, she has been teaching both private and group classes, working with a wide range of students including children, pregnant women and seniors. She is passionate about all aspects of yoga philosophy and culture, and provides a supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop understanding and begin practicing safely.
