Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions: BOOKING & PAYMENTS Please ensure your booking includes sufficient time before and after your event for setup and pack down. Full payment is required by the invoice due date to confirm and promote your booking. Your event will be shared on Prana’s website and social media only once payment has been received. CANCELLATION A minimum $10 administration fee or 20% of the booking price applies. Payments will be refunded, less applicable fees, if cancellation is made at least 120 hours (5 days) prior to the booking time via written email. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 120 hours prior to the booking time. USE OF PREMISES All care should be taken with the studio and rented equipment owned by the Prana Wellness Hub including, but not limited to, yoga props, mats, cushions, lighting and sound speaker. The room should be left in the same condition as it was found. Clean, tidy, windows closed, front door locked, lights and air conditioning off. LEGAL LIABILITIES The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from the Hirer’s use of Prana Wellness Hub’s premises, including but not limited to, personal injury & equipment damage. The Hirer must have their own liability Insurance for the activity offered in the space. The Hirer is responsible for insuring their own equipment and personal property and that belonging to their clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third-party individuals. The Prana Wellness Hub does not accept any liability for any personal equipment or belongings of any kind held at the premises belonging to the Hirer or for any loss or damage to the personal effects or equipment of the Hirer and/or the Hirer’s associates. The Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage caused to The Prana Wellness Hub, equipment and fixtures & fittings. Any damaged items will be charged at the full replacement cost. ***By paying the invoice you agree with the terms and conditions above.***
