Service Description

Our boutique studio room is available for casual hire, ideal for workshops, private sessions, or small events. The space comfortably holds: Up to 10 people for yoga or movement classes (with mats) Up to 20 people seated or in circle-style setups Rates: Weekdays – from $20/hour Weekends – from $30/hour Minimum 2-hour hire. Includes a 15-minute buffer before and after your booking for setup and pack down. Create and connect in a space designed to support mindful gatherings. Car park available

Cancellation Policy

Prana Wellness Hub - Studio Room Hire Booking Terms & Conditions: BOOKING & PAYMENTS A 30min period may be added to bookings for settling in and out of the room. Full payment is required by the invoice’s due date for the confirmation of booking. The event will be shared on Prana's website and social media only after the payment been made. CANCELLATION Payments will be refunded if cancellation made 72 hours prior to the booking time by written email. A minimum $10 admin fee applies or 10% of the booking price. No refund if less than 72 hour notice, prior the booking time. USE OF PREMISES All care should be taken with the studio and rented equipment owned by the Prana Wellness Hub including, but not limited to, yoga props, mats, cushions, lighting and sound speaker. The room should be left in the same condition as it was found. Clean, tidy, windows closed, front door locked, lights and air conditioning off. LEGAL LIABILITIES The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from the Hirer’s use of Prana Wellness Hub’s premises, including but not limited to, personal injury & equipment damage. The Hirer must have their own liability Insurance for the activity offered in the space. The Hirer is responsible for insuring their own equipment and personal property and that belonging to their clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third-party individuals. The Prana Wellness Hub does not accept any liability for any personal equipment or belongings of any kind held at the premises belonging to the Hirer or for any loss or damage to the personal effects or equipment of the Hirer and/or the Hirer’s associates. The Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage caused to The Prana Wellness Hub, equipment and fixtures & fittings. Any damaged items will be charged at the full replacement cost. ***By paying the invoice you agree with the terms and conditions above.***
