Service Description
A nurturing and accessible class suitable for all levels. This practice includes gentle stretching, sun breaths, grounded and mindful movement to build strength and restore balance to both mind and body. This meditative class is ideal for those new to yoga, recovering from injury, or anyone who enjoys a slower, more introspective practice. Clear guidance is offered throughout, with plenty of options and modifications to support every body.

Cancellation Policy
> Please arrive at least 5 min earlier. Classes begin on time, and the doors will be locked once the class starts. > A $7 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows. > Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time - please understand our spaces are limited and we might have people on the wait-list. > Tuition fees paid under this enrolment are non-refundable, but may be held as a credit if the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe. > If you are pregnant, or have any injuries, or any other health concern, please let the teacher know. > Prana Wellness Hub may, at its sole discretion, grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, without prejudice to any of its rights.
