Yin Yoga uses passive, longer-held poses to target the deepest tissues of the physical body & the meridian (energetic) lines within our subtle body. It is a quiet, contemplative practice that invites the student to surrender the more active aspects of their life (thinking & moving) and settle into stillness. A class usually focuses on the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine - increasing flexibility & mobility, while also encouraging deep relaxation and calmness of mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
> Please arrive at least 5 min earlier. Classes begin on time, and the doors will be locked once the class starts. > A $7 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows. > Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time - please understand our spaces are limited and we might have people on the wait-list. > Tuition fees paid under this enrolment are non-refundable, but may be held as a credit if the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe. > If you are pregnant, or have any injuries, or any other health concern, please let the teacher know. > Prana Wellness Hub may, at its sole discretion, grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, without prejudice to any of its rights.
