Nourishing Food for Winter A relaxed winter cooking experience for warmer, tastier, and more nourishing eating. Facilitated by: Ana Bortolotti Passionate Cook, experienced chef, food and wellness enthusiast, founder of Prana Wellness Hub 📍 Mooloobrew Cafe, Mooloolaba 📅 Saturday 25th July 🕦 12pm – 3:00pm Winter invites us to slow down, warm up, and nourish ourselves more deeply. This is a relaxed cooking demonstration focused on simple, seasonal cooking and practical ways to bring more whole foods into your everyday life. A nourishing winter experience designed to leave you inspired, grounded, and more creative in your home cooking. No experience needed, just curiosity and a happy hungry belly. > Learn and take home 8 nourishing recipes: Seeds topping Dressings Warm salads Soups and curry > Explore healthy topics and cooking tips: Healthy oils, fats, and everyday ingredients Reading food labels and avoiding ultra-processed foods Nuts, seeds, and simple preparation methods Soaking legumes and improving digestion Fermented foods for gut health Finding balance in everyday eating Limited spots - book online

Cancellation Policy
Event Policy – Prana Wellness Hub Important Notes: Arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure we start on time - classes start on time and the doors will be locked. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, we provide mats, bolsters, and cushions for your use. Please inform us in advance if you have any injuries, physical limitations, or if you are pregnant so we can support your practice accordingly. Carpark: There are reserved 3 spots for Prana's customers. Otherwise street parking or the multilevel carpark across the road - first 4 hour is free! Cancellations: Events/workshops - at least 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $10 admin fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. However, you may transfer your spot to another person - please provide their name and email to pranawellnesshub@gmail.com. Photography & Digital Images: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please let us know in advance. Please note: during busy or highly social events, we may not be able to guarantee complete privacy.
