It is a practice that you will feel immediately: it involves dynamic, repetitive movement, powerful breath work, Mantra chanting, meditation as well as relaxation. There are a lot of amazing benefits of Kundalini Yoga: It creates a flexible and healthy spine, calms the nervous system, balances the hormonal system, it reduces stress and anxiety and encourages us to really look deep inside. It can help to process trauma, stuck emotions or transcend any limiting beliefs. It’s a challenging practice, yet very accessible! It’s suitable for both beginners and advanced Yogis. It will strengthen and purify your body and mind and will leave you feeling clear and fully recharged.
