Service Description

Class focuses on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. In the end of the class you will be guided through a relaxing Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) experience. While lying on your back in Shavasana, simply listen to the teachers voice who will be guiding you into a meditative state, allowing you to experience a sense of wholeness.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior the class. The tuition fees paid by under this enrolment to Prana Wellness Hub are non-refundable. Prana Wellness Hub may in its sole discretion grant refunds under certain circumstances, without prejudice to any of its rights.
