Join us for a unique blend of yoga, Pilates-inspired strength, and slow, intentional movement . An inclusive, accessible and empowering experience, perfect for adults of all ages, whether you're managing osteoporosis, osteopenia, or looking to build strength, flexibility and stability, this class will help you to find your perfect fit. What can you expect in a Yoga for Bone health class? - Safe, evidence-based yoga poses designed to support bone density. - Learn how using props such as resistance bands and blocks build strength & stability - Embrace softness without losing stability to build confidence in balance postures. - Move with meaning, not momentum through breath, body, mind connection. This class is for grown-ups who want to move with strength, grace and confidence. We’ll explore how intentional movement can reconnect you to your strength, increase mobility, and quiet the noise of daily life. All props supplied. This is a special offer from Senior teacher and yoga therapist, Sarah from @breatheyogaspace: Mondays 2 June - 23 June 9:30 am - 10:30 am Cost: Free for members*, $25 for casual or $80 for 4 week block * weekly membership or 3/6/12 month pass holders.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior the class. The tuition fees paid by under this enrolment to Prana Wellness Hub are non-refundable. Prana Wellness Hub may in its sole discretion grant refunds under certain circumstances, without prejudice to any of its rights.
