Service Description
Kundalini Yoga is a practice that works a lot with the energy bodies. You'll find dynamic movements, many of them targeting the spine, breath work that shifts your awareness and Mantra that really helps you to anchor you deeper into your practice. It is a very accessible practice, yet challenging in new ways and can definitely be a good workout for the whole body. In this evening Kundalini class we will do longer meditations after the movement part to access a deeper state, work through emotions, expand your awareness and learn to surrender into the moment.
