Join Jana on a truly amazing half-day Immersion into the world of Kundalini Yoga. Your experience will include learning what Kundalini Yoga is, practicing energizing Kriyas for spinal activation, receiving effective techniques on how to deepen your practice, learn about the science of Sound & Mantra, work in small groups in order to reflect on your experiences, be guided into deep meditation and enjoy a healthy lunch together at the Prana Café. What to expect: - What is Kundalini Yoga and the Kundalini energy? - Learn how to use important tools to guide your energy like Khechari Mudra (tongue lock), Shambavi Mudra (3 rd eye gaze), and exercises for an efficient use of the Bhandas - Enjoy a morning tea break with light snacks - Learn several short and effective Kriyas for spinal activation and clearing the mind to include in your daily Sadhana - Receive tips on how to create sacred space for your home practice and how to keep up the practice - Learn about (and experience) the science of Sound and Mantra, including Sikh Mantras - Be guided through a Central Channel Awareness Meditation - Sharing circle / questions - Connect with everyone over a delicious and nutritious Vegan lunch in the Café This workshop-style Kundalini Immersion is open for everyone feeling the call. While it is beneficial to already have a regular Yoga or meditation practice, you can absolutely join as a beginner as well. If you’re already a Kundalini practitioner, you will receive many tools and information in order to dive deeper and grow within your practice. What to bring: Please wear comfortable, non-restricting clothes and bring your Yoga mat (can be provided if you don’t have one). Notes: Please advise us if you have any injuries, physical limitations or if you are pregnant. Please arrive 10-15min early so we can start on time. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise mats, bolsters, cushions are provide. Carpark available, entrance on Muraban St. Cancellations: If for some unfortunate reason you need to cancel your booking, please email us as soon as possible. Refundable fee up to 48h prior the event, $10 admin fee may apply. No Refunds if notice is less than 48h prior the event, however your spot may be transferred to another person.
